Adam Kuprevicius, Founder & Managing Director

Adam is an experienced business leader with a demonstrated history of successive leadership roles before entering executive search. Trained as a scientist with a M.Sc. in the natural sciences from the University of Toronto, Adam turned to business launching a company focused on the collection of field data for public mining exploration companies across Canada. After completing an MBA from the University of Toronto he focused on corporate development in the capital markets including mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, and sales. Having been approached by an established firm in the executive search business, he joined as a partner before being promoted to Managing Director. Given his success as an accretive executive search partner to many clients across several industries, Adam founded Analytica in 2019 to provide an innovative and dependable search process based on integrity and professional excellence.

Michael Marcon, Lead Client Partner

Michael Marcon is a Client Partner at Analytica Search Group, where he focuses on building and strengthening key partnerships across the firm’s core practice areas. He brings experience working with clients in sectors including information technology, medical software, and automotive, developing a strong understanding of how to align leadership talent with evolving business needs. Prioritizing long-term partnership over transactions, he works closely with organizations to support sustainable growth through thoughtful leadership placement. Michael holds a degree in Political Economics from the University of Western Ontario and remains actively involved with the alumni community at St. Michael’s College School. He also serves on the board of the Herbert H. Carnegie Future Aces Foundation, contributing to its community partnerships and fundraising efforts.
